2 bananas
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 bag of frozen blue berries
2.5 cups pure water
1 teaspoon super foods of preference (optional)
5 leafs of kale

Directions

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Blend well. You might want to add a little more water if you like your smoothie thinner.

½ cup of orange juice

Mix fresh green leaves of spinach in blender with orange juice. Blend the mix till smooth. Pour it inside a big cup and add couple of ice cubes.

½ cup of fresh cilantro
1½ of fresh spinach
3 bananas
1 peeled lime
1 inch fresh ginger
2 cups of water or 6 ice cubes

Put cilantro, spinach and water/ice in blender and blend them on high speed. Add bananas, lime and ginger, then blend again till smooth. Divide this smoothie into 2 servings.

2 large apples
